Training & Services

Maxial Solutions offers training in all areas of the Maxial system. These courses can be tailored to all levels of experience in all Maxial modules. The courses listed are conducted in Maxial's Brisbane headquarters in a professional training environment by Maxial personnel all with Hospitality industry experience. Alternatively you may request for Maxial staff to come to you and conduct training at your property. Please CLICK HERE to go to the Training Schedule page where you may select your desired courses.

Conditions & Requirements:

  • Maxial Solutions cannot confirm a place in a course unless the online enrolment form is completed.
  • Confirmation is given conditionally and subject to enrolment numbers
  • Final confirmation will be given 7 days prior to the course date
  • Cancellation of participation received less than 7 days prior to the course date will incur a charge of 65% of the original amount
  • An official purchase order is submitted for the agreed value.
  • All transport, accommodation and meal costs where necessary are the responsibility of the customer
  • Cancellation numbers may cause some courses to be rescheduled.

Maxial strives to offer you a level of support that sets us apart from the rest. This is a reminder for all properties to make sure they log Service Requests with the support team via the website. In your service requests we ask that you detail your problem including examples and any relevant room numbers, folio numbers etc. Please make sure you add your email address as a point of contact.
